		<description>Good suggestions all!  When you establish a baseline of deliverables, it can be the perfect self-examination of what you are and what you do--that in itself is truly valuable.  

    Ask yourself and your organization the four best questions: 

1) What do we do?  
2) Who do we do it for?  
3) How well do we do it?  
And, that super, super, data-driver, 4) How do we know?  

I think I heard the first three from a Baldridge Award examiner in the 1980s.  I added the fourth after thinking about the third.

    These answers will help you work the remaining three suggestions.
